Read by AI in the EU. Never stored, never used for training. How we check your CV

How does an ATS read my CV?

It pulls the text out of your PDF, often in the order it was written into the file instead of the order you see. Then it looks for your name, contact details, headings, jobs and dates. Columns, tables, icons and text inside images are where that goes wrong.

What does my score mean?

It shows how well a strict ATS reads your PDF: whether all your text comes out intact (Readable text), in the order you wrote it (Reading order), whether its headings and dates are recognized (Structure), and whether your details are found (Information). Above 80 is High, which your score is only when every category is. It doesn't judge how well your CV is written.

Will an ATS reject my CV because of its layout?

Rarely on its own. Recruiters search their ATS for skills and job titles, and a CV it read badly simply doesn't come up.

What happens to my PDF?

The file stays in your browser. Pictures of its pages go to our server and to an AI model in the EU that keeps nothing and never trains on them, so we can compare what a person sees with what the ATS reads. Nothing is saved.

How do I fix a low score?

Follow the findings, or press Create a new CV. job.fail moves your CV's text into its free CV editor, where you pick a template and download a PDF that an ATS reads in order.
